Harry Double-A wants you to know that he’s not a runner. He’s a sprinter. He’d know the difference. He was the rising star of the year in 2006 when he won gold in both the 100 and 200m races. Minor spinal fractures forced him off the track for 11 months, but now he’s back, stronger than ever, fast and getting faster. The secret to his quick return to the track lies in the way he is off the track—upbeat, optimistic, and always in the moment.
